The rules must be obeyed or you will be demoted or possibly expelled from the guild.

1. Be active (meaning you use up your stamina at least once every day if you have less then 1000)

2. Everyone must contribute to the guild. Structures are not free. Deposit gold daily. Deposit FSP when you can.

*note ( If you would rather keep your deposits for yourself forward your deposits to JAS5 or RAT15. As they all have multiple deposits. )

3. Ranks Skeleton or higher will be allowed to recall Tagged Items. if you need something to hunt, you recall it yourself, or get someone else to recall it for you...you hunt.. then you return the equipment , put on your own defensive gear, or a guild item which is not in demand.. if you don't return it when you finish hunting... it can be recalled... and then if you are left naked, it is your fault... the only other rule seems to be that obviously you don't recall things from someone who is actively hunting. If you do not repair the guild locked item you used you will be ranked "CAN NOT FOLLOW THE RULES" and loose your recall ability. *exception* if we just had a GvG and you were away it will be understood that maybe the gear got damaged due to it or if you were on the BB. But in any other way it is just common cutesy.

***** Anyone recalling Items when they are being used for hunting, Will be demoted to CAN NOT FOLLOW THE RULES. If this happens 3 times
the offender will be kicked ***** This is because a recall in the middle of combat results in an immediate loss.

4. Verbal abuse of any nature will NOT be tolerated either in Chat or Private message. If you have a problem with another guild member please
report it to a personal ranked member. So that it can be dealt with.

5. NO begging if your asking for gold or FSP's your not going to get them. We have guild Items available on a first come first serve basis.

6. If you are attacked during a guild versus guild conflict. DO NOT retaliate. You will not lose gold, xp or pvp in this type of conflict.

But a single loss can cost the guild a victory. Wait to be invited to participate in the conflict, Prepare yourself for future attacks by using your best defensive armor and buffs.
7. Hunting elites for equipment, can be quite profitable. The drops can earn you FSP in the auction house. All the power to you if you are doing it on your own. Most however will be depending on group attacks. This practice uses stamina from your guild mates, therefore the guild requires that half the drops be donated to the guild, So that everyone may profit.

8. If you accidentally create a group you do not need do NOT disband it. It will automatically disband in 24 hours, and you may find a use for it
in the meantime.

9. Read the web site. In it you will find places to hunt, set comparisons, Useful links and tips.

10. [MASS MESSAGING] is only to be used for Guild related announcements.

11. New Members must be active or risk being kicked without notice.

12. Guild sets are to be used by all players who have reached the appropriate level. ANYONE found hoarding higher level guild gear will have it striped from them, If another player wants to use it.

13. If you are going to be absent for more than three days please post it in the forums and let an active, higher level guildie know ahead of time. If you are inactive for a long period you will be kicked without anyone of us knowing.

14. No I don't think we should go out and buy a an item so you can complete your set, you too have access to the auction house or hunt for it.

15. Above all remember it's only a game have fun.
